The ‘Go North’ Alaska Travel Series
“Go North” chronicles our travels in a Lance Truck Camper over 6 months driving north through Canada, Alaska, and all the way to the Arctic Ocean. Adventure met us every step of the way, from wildlife encounters and remote dirt roads, to Northern Lights and glacier explorations.
We fully filmed, edited, and produced the series ourselves from the road. The episodes were initially released on YouTube, where they have garnered over 2.3 million views since the series’ start in April 2019.
The goal with this series was to educate, entertain, and inspire viewers about RVing and the destinations we experienced on the Go North Expedition. We’ve received so many messages from our viewers about how the series inspired them to plan a trip to Alaska or brought back memories from a previous trip.
Going to Alaska is a bucket list item for so many people, so if we can help them get there – either by encouraging them to physically go, or bringing them visually through our videos – then we’ve met our goal!
‘Go North’ Featured on “The RVers” TV Show
In addition to its release on Amazon Prime Video, the “Go North” expedition is also featured in Episode 6 of Season 2 of The RVers TV show, which premiered in summer 2020on the Discovery Channel, PBS, FunRoads TV, and online streaming platforms.
While Tom and I are co-hosts of the show, it was a really big deal and honor to have our Go North footage and story told on national television.
Where to Watch The RVers Season 2

The “Go North” series video and audio has been remastered for television and includes accurate closed captioning for viewing on Amazon Prime. Tom and I combed back through the episodes to polish audio, smooth transitions, and improve color-grading.
Reaching New Audiences with ‘Go North’
We are so excited to share this series on a new media platform. Through this, we hope to reach an audience that does not use YouTube, as well as provide an alternate viewing experience for existing fans of the show.
‘Go North’ streaming is now included in the Amazon Prime Membership!
If you’re not a Prime member, you can purchase individual episodes or the whole series for an ad-free viewing experience. Or you can get a 30-day Free Trial and binge-watch the series! 😜
